List of Documents Required :
- Mark Sheet of Class 10th and 12th
- JEE Mains or SEE Mains admit card or your result card.
- Domicile of Parent's (UttarPradesh)
- If you belongs from Backward Classes you need to provide proof that is Caste Certificate.
- Medical Certificate
- Disability certificate (if)
- Character Certificate
- Proof of Income
Documents before 1st April 2013 will not be accepted at the center.
